1. About These Terms
By browsing or placing an order on celestialgood.com, you agree to these terms. Celestial Good operates this online store and delivers across India.
2. Orders & Cash on Delivery
All orders are cash on delivery (COD): you pay the courier when your order arrives. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it by phone or email. You can track your order's status any time in your account's order history. We may decline orders we cannot fulfil (for example, invalid addresses or repeated refusals).
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Delivery is free on orders above ₹999; a flat fee applies below that. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch.
4. Delivery
We deliver to Indian addresses serviced by our courier partners, typically within 3–7 business days. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund it.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because these are food products, we accept returns only for items damaged in transit or incorrect items shipped. Report issues to Sumit@celestialgood.com or by phone within 48 hours of delivery; approved refunds are returned to you in cash at pickup or by UPI.
6. Customer Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate delivery details — we can't be liable for losses from incorrect addresses. You may close your account anytime by writing to us.
7. Acceptable Use
Don't misuse the store: no scraping, fraudulent orders, interference with the service, or attempts to access admin systems. We may block access for abuse.
8. Product Information
We describe products as accurately as possible; photos are representative. Natural products vary in colour and texture between batches — that's the nature of traditionally made goods, not a defect.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
